Congenital anomalies associated with Lacrimal apparatus or Nasolacrimal duct are very rarely recorded with already recorded cases being obstructive in nature and associated with oblique facial clefts. Here we present a case with aberrant opening over infraorbital margin bilaterally mimicing accessory nasolacrimal foramina in a 32-year-old male.
